Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos
Robot vacuums and mop are getting more efficient. They have passed our tests for cleaning, and are able to handle different flooring. Look for models that let you choose between several modes, utilize their charging docks to self-empty, and clean up stairs.
A lot of the top models are compatible with your smartphone. Find an app that allows you to save maps, set schedules, and choose cleaning modes.
1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro
The gloss black and gunmetal Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is one of most impressive robot vacuums and mop combinations available. It makes use of lidar to navigate, create maps of floors and rooms (even multiple levels) and is compatible with the free Eufy Clean application that lets you set up schedules and modify the S1's behavior.
When I tested the S1, it was quick to map our downstairs, which is home to linoleum flooring in the kitchen-diner and bathrooms, as well as medium-pile carpeting and a large area rug. It was capable of driving up to walls and even over thresholds that are raised without issue. However, it had some difficulty navigating down the stairs in one pass. The S1 also did an excellent job cleaning hard floors by dragging its mop effortlessly on its flat side against the floor and lifting itself when it reached carpet or rug.
The S1's docking station automatically emptys its trash bin and replenishes its water tank on board with clean, ozonated water before each mopping session. The dock also provides an extra-deep cleaning solution to the water. The S1's water tank can hold enough for about 12 cleaning sessions before it has to be cleaned, although it will differ based on how often you use the mop.
The S1 requires regular maintenance, just like all 2-in-1 robots. In order to do this, you'll have to rinse out the dirty water tank regularly to prevent it from clogging. It is also necessary to clean the swivel wheels and sensors frequently to avoid them from getting blocked by dirt or dust. Overall the S1 requires less maintenance than other combos.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
Ecovacs' all-in-one robotic vacuum and mop is an efficient solution for cleaning. Its robot vacuum boasts 8,700Pa of suction and offers numerous unique features, including full home mapping, voice control, and smart path-planning that eliminates obstacles and cleans around furniture. The mopping capabilities of the robot are remarkable, with mops rotating that actually lift and scrub the floor rather than simply dragging the pad across it. The mops are cleaned and dried at the base station, as needed.
The robot is simple to set up and use, with a simple interface that walks you through the process. It includes a rechargeable hand vacuum for those hard-to-reach areas that the robot can't reach, as well as two water tanks that are automatically empty and replenished as needed. best robot vacuum comes with a variety of useful settings for fine-tuning your cleaning preferences.
The Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a great vacuum cleaner. It has a strong suction which can easily remove dust and debris that other robots have trouble with. Its navigation abilities are also pretty good, although it can be stuck on small area mats and rugs in my home (which you can reduce by creating virtual boundaries in the app). Its mopping capabilities are also excellent and include a pair of mop pads that lift and scrub the floor, rather than just moving the pad across it. The mops are cleaned using heated water and dried in the base station as needed. The mops are also refilled at the top of the station if needed.
3. Dreame X40 Ultra
Dreame launched the luxurious X30 Ultra earlier this year, but their new flagship robot vacuum and mop has even more impressive features. It delivers outstanding cleaning results and is easy to maintain. This makes it a top contender on our top list of robot vacuums and mop. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart detection and a larger side brush ensure that an effective, customized cleaning is completed.
The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, removing large and fine particles from hard floors as well as carpets. It also cleaned our tests' dirtiest areas well, eliminating pet hairs that are tangled and other dirt. The sweeping capability of the machine is boosted by a sidebrush that automatically moves out to reach hard-to-reach areas, and mop pads that extend across baseboards.
Its navigation is smart it can navigate narrow spaces and climbing the stairs without a hitch. It can go from one room to the next without having to reverse direction. This is beneficial for homes that have multiple rooms. Its obstacle avoidance is less advanced than some competitors and leaves a large space around obstacles. This can lead to missed spots.
Its app has a streamlined and intuitive interface that will be easy for both novice and experienced users. The app lets you plan and manage cleanings, adjust mopping and suction power settings as well as view 3D and 2D maps, and much more. You can control it via the app, Alexa or Google Assistant. You can also use the X40 Ultra's camera remotely to get real-time video monitoring. You'll require a reliable WiFi connection to run the app and external controls.
4. Roomba Q5 Pro
A robot vacuum does an excellent job of picking up debris and dirt, but it can't always reach every last piece of dust. It's essential to clean your home frequently, every week. This is particularly important for dust that collects in corners, on shelves and in the crevices of your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro is a 2-in-1 vacuum and mop designed specifically for this purpose. It is simple to connect it to your home WiFI network and works with Alexa or Apple Siri.
The Q5 is a stripped down version of the more expensive models in the S-series from the company, which includes the top-of-the-line Roborock S8 maxV ultra. It is equipped with the same LIDAR mapping sensor, but it saves cost by eliminating mopping functions and using a less expensive plastic body.
Even though it's not able to mop floors, the Q5 still has the best vacuum and mopping performance we've seen from a robotic at this price. It has powerful 5500Pa suction and an auto-empty system which means you don't need to empty the bin manually every time. It also features a smart application that lets you choose your floor's type and schedule cleanings, as well as an automatic refill of the water tank and wash system that allows hands-free operation.
Its mops are also impressive, with 2700Pa of power to take on dust, dirt, and pet hair on carpets and hard floors. The Q5 was one of the few robots that we tested to not have issues with high-pile carpets and rugs. However, it did not pick up kitty-litter or cable tangles. This isn't too surprising as it doesn't have AI-powered obstacle-avoidance features.
5. K10 Plus
K10 Plus is one of the most quiet robovacs that we have tested, it also utilizes a unique system to map your home this really helps it get into corners and tight spaces that other vacuums are unable to reach. This device also collects dust in a bigger dustbin that means you have empty it less frequently. Furthermore, it comes with washable filters which further reduces the costs associated with using the device. This robot can detect carpets, and boost suction when needed. The app also lets you to mark areas that you want it to avoid, which is a nice feature.
